Upon submission, each manuscript is assigned to an appropriate Editor who manages the review process. The final decision—whether to accept, request revisions, or reject the manuscript—is made by the Editor-in-Chief or another designated member of the Editorial Board.

The Editor-in-Chief holds the primary responsibility for maintaining the scientific quality of the journal. Additionally, the Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board members support the Editorial Office in submitting applications to indexing services.
